About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Skills Trainer to join our Talent and Organisational Development team. As a Digital Skills Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating Digital Skills training packages. You will work closely with stakeholders and employees to understand their Digital transformation needs and develop effective training solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver Digital Skills training packages
- Work with stakeholders to understand Digital transformation needs
- Develop effective training solutions
- Collaborate with the ICT department to ensure key outcomes are established and achieved
- Disseminate key messages and ensure key outcomes are established and achieved
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills

- Knowledge of Digital transformation and its applications
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment
