Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in daily living activities and encouraging independence in our service users. They will also implement care plans and monitor progress, as well as facilitate community and social outings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma; certification in healthcare or social work is a plus.
  • Experience in a support role for individuals with disabilities is advantageous.
  • Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills.

Salary and Benefits:

  • $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
