We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Planner to lead large-scale projects through the planning process.

This exciting role offers flexible hours and an attractive salary of 55,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Geography, Urban Planning or a related field with a minimum of 3 years experience in planning preferably within a consultancy or developer environment.

Membership of the RTPI would be beneficial.

The successful candidate will work closely with the in-house design team, external architects and sub-consultants on projects up to 25m in value.
