Are you a digitally passionate Planner with a creative mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a drive to influence change? A water sector leading solution provider is looking for a 4D Planner to join their Digital Delivery team. The 4D Planner role will initially be based in Peterborough, transitioning to Cambridge on a hybrid-working split.

As a 4D Planner, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery team and the broader integration of digital tools into our business processes. Develop 4D models using Synchro to support Digital Rehearsals by linking project programmes with models to provide visualisations.
Ensure the programme accurately represents project sequencing, highlighting clashes, safety concerns, and areas for optimisation.
Collaborate closely with the Lead Project Planner and receive support from our Digital Core Team during peak periods.

Facilitate Digital Rehearsals in both virtual and in-person environments.
Support strategic delivery planning and stakeholder engagement.
Regularly visit construction sites to align digital planning with on-site realities.
Training in rehearsal facilitation will be provided.

Experience with 4D Synchro software and a strong background in planning and scheduling.
A proactive approach to integrating digital tools and resolving system issues.
