About the Role:


Sellick Partnership Limited, a reputable legal services team in the South East, is seeking an experienced Planning Lawyer to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing complex and high-profile planning and highway matters.


The ideal candidate will have strong autonomy in handling their caseload, particularly schedule 106 agreements. Building relationships with existing clients and exploring opportunities for new business development are also essential aspects of this role.


This is a hybrid working arrangement that allows flexibility, with the option to work from one of the three offices in central Northampton, Bedford, or Cambridge one day a week.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage a caseload of complex and high-profile planning and highway matters
  • Able to work independently on own matters, especially schedule 106 agreements
  • Bid and build relationships with existing clients; explore avenues for new business growth
