Social Impact Volunteer Coordinator

We invite passionate individuals to join us in making a difference:

Our project relies on volunteers like you to set up and run support groups, empowering local communities.

What you'll gain:

Selected candidates will receive a prestigious Diploma in Counselling Skills Course (limited spaces and terms & conditions apply), enhancing their skills and knowledge.

About the Project:

Our Refresh Coach will deliver expert guidance through up to 16 free and confidential 1:1 sessions, as well as lead community support groups.

Your role:

  1. Establish and manage support groups, fostering a sense of community.
  2. Offer empathetic support to community members in need, promoting their overall wellbeing.
  3. Work closely with the Refresh Coach to create impactful community programmes.

Necessary Qualities:

  1. A minimum commitment of X hours per week is necessary to drive our project forward.
  2. A sincere passion for social impact and community development is vital.
  3. Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse groups of people are essential.

Estimated Earnings: £22-£28 per hour based on location and industry standards, reflecting our value for dedicated volunteers.
