Care Assistant Role

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our residents to provide high-quality care and support, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as eating, drinking, and mobility.
  • Support residents with their personal needs, including toileting and incontinence care.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individual care plans.
  • Participate in leisure and social activities, promoting residents' engagement and enjoyment.
