About the Role

The Conference and Banqueting Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of event professionals to deliver exceptional service to our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of event management, team leadership, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of event coordinators to plan and execute conferences, banquets, and other events
  • Develop and implement event strategies to meet client needs and exceed expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their guests
  • Manage event budgets and ensure financial goals are met

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in event management or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading teams and delivering results
  • Strong understanding of event planning, coordination, and execution
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
