Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Fabrication Professional to join our team at Nicholas Associates Graduate Placements. As an Electronics Fabrication Professional, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and testing electronic components in line with document packs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of fabrication processes, and the ability to read and interpret technical data. Relevant qualifications or experience in electrical/electronic engineering are essential.

About the Role:

  • Fabricate, assemble, and test electronic components in line with document packs.
  • Accurately maintain production data, records, assessments, and manufacturing paperwork.
  • Proactively help to manage and promote safe working in compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations, procedures, and company requirements.
  • Work to meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly production output targets as agreed with management.
  • Complete support repair work for customer returns within agreed timescales.
  • Support and be involved in changes supporting housekeeping and visual management program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing technical specifications and designs to ensure accurate fabrication.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Developing and implementing lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Maintaining accurate production records, including quality control checks.

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of fabrication processes and manufacturing techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical data.
  • Relevant qualifications or experience in electrical/electronic engineering.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.

Estimated Salary: £26,000 - £31,000 per annum
