Job Title: Account Director: PR and Communications

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to lead our PR and Communications team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communications plans that drive business growth and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic communications plans to achieve business objectives
  • Lead a team of communications professionals to deliver high-quality campaigns and projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage budgets and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in communications and PR

Person Specification

  • Proven track record of success in PR and communications, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a strong understanding of how to drive business growth and reputation
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
