Job Title: Account Director: PR and Communications

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to lead our PR and Communications team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies that drive business growth and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies that align with our business objectives and client needs
  • Lead a team of communications professionals to deliver high-quality campaigns and projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient delivery of projects and campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our team is always at the forefront of innovation and excellence

Person Specification

  • Proven track record of success in PR and Communications, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
