About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Data Analytics Consultant to join our rapidly expanding Data and Analytics Practice in the UK. As a key member of our Global Consumer Data and Analytics Consulting team, you will work with experts from various sectors to deliver transformational Data & Analytics solutions to Retail/CPG clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of enterprise-wide Data & Analytics strategies and solutions.
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with Retail/CPG clients and external partners to drive growth within an account/client portfolio.
  • Act as an industry expert on Retail/CPG topics, providing insights and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of EPAM's overall Data & Analytics offering and go-to-market strategy, ensuring it addresses Retail/CPG clients' key strategic challenges.
  • Collaborate with local and global technical and business data practices to advise clients on their Data & Analytics strategy and implementations.
  • Drive revenue growth within the client/account portfolio by identifying opportunities and influencing the sale of EPAM services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Data & Analytics, with a strong understanding of Retail/CPG industry trends and challenges.
  • Excellent client relationship-building skills, with the ability to operate at a strategic level and provide value to clients.
  • Native/fluent German speaking skills are essential for this role.
