Job Title: ThoughtSpot Solution Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and data analytics needs.
  2. Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical assistance and support to clients throughout the implementation process.
  3. Training and Enablement: Develop and deliver training materials for clients to facilitate effective use of the ThoughtSpot platform.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in a solution engineering or technical pre-sales role, preferably within the analytics or business intelligence sectors.
  3. Strong knowledge of data analytics concepts, tools, and technologies, specifically related to ThoughtSpot.
  4. Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools is advantageous.
  5. Preferable but not essential to have Python and embed experience.
  6. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for helping clients succeed.
