Desktop Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Desktop Support Engineer to join our team at Lorien. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:- Provide high-quality technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues via in-person, phone, or remote tools.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10, MS Office, and other essential applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on VDI, desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other day-to-day technology.
- Manage software updates using SCCM; support MS Teams and email platforms.
- Collaborate with IT teams on escalations, vulnerabilities, and projects.
- Document processes and mentor junior staff.
- Support AV equipment for meetings and provide overnight support (on rotation).
- Experience in desktop support with expertise in Windows 10, Active Directory, Citrix, VDI, and Exchange.
- Strong troubleshooting skills; knowledge of SCCM and endpoint security.
- Effective communicator, team player, and willing to work flexible hours.
- Certifications like CompTIA A+ preferred.
Salary: £60,000 per annum + package
