Nixor's Indirect Procurement Manager Opportunity

About the Role:

Nixor is seeking an experienced Indirect Procurement Manager to join our team within the Indirect Business Services division. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of seven buyers, collaborating on strategy development, supplier performance management, and managing relationships with international suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of seven buyers and provide guidance on procurement strategies and supplier relationships.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute sourcing plans, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
  • Manage relationships with international suppliers and negotiate commercial agreements, including terms and conditions.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to deliver annual budget savings and improve supplier performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a purchasing manager or category manager in the Indirect Procurement services category.
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen, with experience in managing supplier relationships and contracts.
  • Ability to work closely with stakeholders to develop and execute procurement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in managing a team of buyers.

What We Offer:
