**About Us:** Talent Drive | B Corp™ is a fast-growing, reputable property business seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to join our team.

**Job Summary:** We are looking for a talented Procurement Manager to support our Senior Procurement Managers in managing indirect categories and delivering value for money with a commercial and strategic approach.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • End-to-end ownership of selected categories and working closely with operations and property teams, managing stakeholder relationships
  • Lead all business activity across strategic sourcing, supplier sourcing, contract terms, negotiations, and business improvement plans
  • Research and source the best suppliers available to meet the needs of the project
  • Develop category strategies to promote cost savings and increased supplier performance
  • Manage specific key supplier relationships in partnership with the business
  • Build and lead cross-functional project teams to effectively deliver against the strategic objectives of the business
  • Actively identify, prioritize, and mitigate risks and issues for all procurement activities
  • Own the commercial relationship with key strategic vendors and drive, develop, and deliver the strategic direction of relevant categories

**Requirements:**

  • Experience of owning end-to-end procurement, strategic sourcing, and contract management
  • Negotiate and agree on contract terms and commercials with potential providers
  • Strong decision-maker with good commercial acumen
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships at C-Level Exec & Departmental Director level
