About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Senior Procurement Managers to deliver value for money with a commercial and strategic approach. You will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of selected categories, managing stakeholder relationships, and leading business activities across strategic sourcing, supplier sourcing, contract terms, negotiations, and business improvement plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement category strategies to promote cost savings and increased supplier performance
- Manage key supplier relationships in partnership with the business
- Build and lead cross-functional project teams to deliver against strategic objectives
- Identify, prioritize, and mitigate risks and issues for all procurement activities
- Own the commercial relationship with key strategic vendors and drive the strategic direction of relevant categories
Requirements
- Experience in owning end-to-end procurement, strategic sourcing, and contract management
- Negotiation and agreement of contract terms and commercials with potential providers
- Strong decision-making skills with good commercial acumen
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships at C-Level Executive and Departmental Director level
What We Offer
As a Procurement Manager - Indirects at Talent Drive | B Corp™, you will receive a competitive salary of £50,000-£55,000, discretionary bonus, matched pension up to 10%, share schemes, and further benefits. You will also enjoy a hybrid working arrangement with three days a week in our London office.
