Customer Experience Insights Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Analyst to join our team at Premium Credit. As a key member of our Customer and Partner Experience team, you will play a significant role in ensuring our customer, partner, and colleague experience is seamless and exceptional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and analysis to gain an understanding of the Customer and Partner experience.
- Use data and collaboration to establish Customer and Partner needs, mapping journeys for each proposition or product.
- Collate and contribute necessary data and insights to business cases for change, tracking and monitoring the effect of implementations on journey performance.
- Work closely with the Data Function to interrogate and interpret large data sets, identifying trends and drawing conclusions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an Insight role, ideally with specific customer research experience.
- Advanced MS Excel and SQL skills, with the ability to build dashboards and reporting solutions using BI tools.
- Ability to translate data to insights, then to actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt information to the intended audience.
