About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retirement development, ensuring a high-quality living experience for our residents.

Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, addressing resident concerns, and maintaining a safe and secure environment. You will also be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, scheduling repairs, and managing contractors.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and external partners. Your experience in customer service, administration, or a related field will be highly valued.

You should be a proactive and organized individual, able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively. A strong understanding of health and safety procedures and a commitment to delivering high-quality service will also be essential.
