Bank Catering Assistant/Hospital Support Services

The Role

As part of the support services team, this role involves providing a high standard of catering and housekeeping service throughout the hospital. Primary responsibilities include working in the ward pantry areas to take food orders from patients and serve.

This role offers the opportunity to learn and develop skills and knowledge across all catering and housekeeping functions, with a commitment to supporting development. Adaptability and the ability to support the Housekeeping and Catering Teams when demand dictates are essential.

This is an ideal opening for someone looking to have a varied role providing outstanding support services to patients in our care. Taking pride in delivering outstanding service to customers is essential.

What you will bring with you

  • Previous catering/housekeeping experience.
  • Customer service NVQ or equivalent.
  • Flexibility with availability and willingness to work.
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate for Catering (if not already held, company-funded training must be undertaken).
