HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly dedicated HR Advisor to join our team at Faith Recruitment. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional HR support to our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities:- HR Support: Provide professional support to managers and employees regarding all HR matters, including talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, and apprenticeship schemes.
- International HR Administration: Support with international HR administration, ensuring compliance with global HR regulations.
- Employee Files and Database: Continuously monitor employee files and the HR database, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Head of HR Support: Support the Head of HR with any tasks required, including the development and improvement of HR practices.
- Recruitment Management: Manage the recruitment process and needs for the company, including conducting interviews and liaising with external recruitment agencies.
- HR Qualification: HR qualification or demonstrated HR experience.
- Multitasking: The ability to multitask and deal with a range of HR tasks.
- MS Office Skills: Demonstrated strong MS Office package skills, including Word and Excel.
