Job Overview

Logik Source is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a dynamic and global electronics company with a strong presence in the industry.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line generalist HR advice and support on employment terms and conditions, HR policies, and procedures.
  • Work closely with the Director of HR for the UK and Europe to ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR systems and processes.
  • Arrange and attend formal and informal meetings to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Offer guidance and support on absence management and return-to-work cases.


Requirements
  • Full or part CIPD qualification with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR environment.
  • Excellent communication, written, and computer-based skills.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze numerical data.
  • Prior experience in the technology industry is highly desirable, although not essential.
