- No prior experience required, as we offer a thorough induction and training programme.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and respect towards residents and colleagues.
- Flexibility to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
This role offers a competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a DBS Disclosure check, paid training, and opportunities for career development within our network of over 100 homes.
