Administration Analyst (Pensions & Insurance)

We are seeking an Administration Analyst to join our team in a dynamic, international environment. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the administration of UK business, ensuring adherence to our industry-leading standards.

About the Role

As an Administration Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and timely processing of monthly data reporting and financial deadlines. Your meticulous attention to detail will help us meet client expectations while adhering to our industry-leading standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Uphold our administration standards and service-level agreements for handling business.
  • Oversee the administration of UK business and ensure treaty compliance.
  • Provide accurate data for accounting, valuations, and regulatory reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet month-end reporting deadlines.
  • Liaise with retrocession clients, ensuring data is shared accurately and on time.
  • Participate in client audits and assurance reviews when necessary.
  • Keep our administration processes and procedures thoroughly documented.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on UK and Irish reinsurance practices.
  • Ensure accurate premium administration across our company chain and external partners.

What We're Looking For

  • Expertise in Occupational DB (Defined Benefit) Pension Schemes.
  • University degree or equivalent experience in insurance, reinsurance, or financial services.
  • Strong IT skills, especially MS Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A proactive team player who can also work independently with creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to handle large, complex datasets.
