As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations of our Housing association client.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of planners, ensuring that daily contract targets are met and maintained.
  • Provide performance data to support the development of contracts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Work closely with other teams to achieve high standards of service delivery, ensuring that our clients receive excellent customer service.
  • Schedule works in line with operational needs, monitor performance metrics, and prepare reports on customer satisfaction and service delivery.

We are looking for someone with experience working in social housing repairs, excellent IT skills, and strong communication skills. A competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role, and we offer a dynamic work environment where you can take pride in being organized and delivering your promises on time.
