Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Runner to join our team at Architecture Social. As a Technical Project Runner, you will be responsible for managing complex multi-residential projects in Surrey, while being based in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex multi-residential projects in Surrey, coordinating closely with contractors and clients.
  • Lead a small team to ensure that every aspect of the project is handled with precision and expertise.
  • Work closely with contractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.
  • Ensure that all project aspects are delivered to the highest standard.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Technical Project Runner, with specific experience in multi-residential projects.
  • Strong Revit skills and a deep understanding of construction detailing and technical coordination.
  • Ability to manage a small team and ensure that all project aspects are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with contractors, clients, and team members.
