We are seeking a highly skilled Special Needs Education Support Role to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves working 3 days a week, providing targeted support to students with special educational needs through boosters and interventions.

As a Special Needs Education Support Role, you will work closely with teachers to support student learning, particularly those with special educational needs. You will provide one-on-one and small group support to students requiring additional help, assisting with planning and delivering interventions and booster sessions.

Responsibilities:
  • Support students with special educational needs, ensuring they are included in all classroom activities.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a passion for supporting students and helping them achieve their best. Previous experience working with children, ideally within a primary school setting, is desirable. A strong understanding of Key Stage 2 curriculum and SEN requirements is essential.
