We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at Nexgen Group. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance services to our clients across Northampton.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out lawn cutting and landscaping tasks to maintain the highest standards of presentation and quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of client sites to identify and address any maintenance issues.
- Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of grounds maintenance best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
- Hold a full UK driving license.
- Have prior experience in gardening or grounds maintenance.
- Be IT literate and proficient in the use of tablet and smartphone apps.
