About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Gardener to join our team at Softscape Gardens Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining our gardens and ensuring they remain in pristine condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and care for our gardens, including pruning, weeding, and watering.
  • Assist in the landscaping process, including planting and mulching.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve our gardening goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in gardening or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Physical fitness and ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • Full, clean UK driving license.
