Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maximise LCV sales with associated finance and accessories.
  2. Manage incoming lead management, including online, telephone, email, EMS, and walk-in leads.
  3. Conduct visual health checks and follow up on deferred work.
  4. Retain and mature contracts, both finance and service.
  5. Promote all connectivity options with vehicles.
  6. Take high-quality images and videos of used vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.
  7. Deliver sales presentations, providing customers with information and advice on commercial vehicles, equipment, and accessories.
  8. Work with marketing to promote vehicles and the brand effectively.
  9. Conclude sales contracts, manage orders, and supervise order processing.
  10. Proactively understand your sales area, follow up on all contacts, and manage your customer database.
  11. Stay up to date with product knowledge, brand offers, and competitor information.
  12. Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Assist in analysing online advert performance and advise on necessary updates.
  14. Manage and respond to live chat software on our websites.
  15. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.

Requirements:

  1. Previous commercial vehicle sales experience.
  2. Understanding of online used advertising platforms for commercial vehicles.
  3. Articulate and able to argue logically and clearly, with a strong customer focus.
  4. Basic sales processes knowledge, from prospecting to closing business.
  5. Confident IT skills and ability to use internet systems and Microsoft Windows applications.
