We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sourcing Specialist to join our team at Epredia. As a key member of our Sourcing team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and managing strategic supplier partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Source high-quality materials and services from global suppliers.
  • Develop and execute global supply strategies to achieve best total value, sustainable productivity, and high levels of quality and service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to select suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and manage supplier performance and relationships.
  • Understand and mitigate portfolio risk through data analysis and financial acumen.
  • Influence business decisions and implement supply chain optimizations.
  • Facilitate Supplier Relationship Management through development and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:


  • BA, BS, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Senior Buyer/Procurement Manager experience.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry preferred.
  • Project coordination experience.
  • Contract setup and management experience.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain processes.
  • Supplier selection and performance management experience.
