Lead Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner to join our dynamic team at Leaders in Care. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a top-rated company in the health and social care sector.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering safe, quality care for patients during their perioperative phase. They will also assist in the management and organisation of care provision within the Operating Department, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and provide leadership and guidance to the team.

Package and Benefits

The Lead Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner role offers a competitive salary of up to £55,000 per year, 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, increasing with service, private pension scheme, private healthcare scheme, enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption pay, life insurance, and extensive training and development opportunities.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have Registered Practitioner status with NMC or HCPC registration, surgical first assistant certificate desirable, and experience in ENT, General surgery, and Neuro preferred.
