We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner to join our team at the North West London Elective Orthopaedic Centre.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new and innovative service, working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in elective orthopaedic scrub procedures and will be responsible for leading the theatre team, ensuring the highest standards of governance, clinical effectiveness, and patient care.

The role will involve operational management of designated elective orthopaedic theatres, including budgetary awareness, clinical governance, and staff development and training.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in theatre operations, with experience in managing instrument and implant loan, and will be able to demonstrate a high level of organisational skill, teaching and facilitation skill, and IT skills.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering excellent patient care, has a flexible approach to service provision, and is research-oriented.

The successful candidate will be required to participate in the on-call rota for CMH Theatres and may be required to work at different locations to their normal place of work.

We offer a competitive salary of £51,883 to £58,544 per annum, inclusive of HCAS, and a range of benefits.
