Job Description: SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Cross Houses

Salary: £84 - £95 per day, equivalent to £20,000 - £22,500 per annum

We are seeking a committed and supportive SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with students, establish trusted relationships, and support their individual needs.

In this role, you will work alongside experienced teachers to develop and implement individual learning plans. You will also contribute to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters the growth and development of every student.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  1. Experience working with children with additional needs or a strong desire to do so.
  2. The ability to understand and follow EHCPs or other educational plans.
  3. A genuine passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs.
  4. The skills to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
  5. A proactive and flexible approach to meeting the needs of students.
