**Inclusive Learning Mentor Role**

We are looking for an Inclusive Learning Mentor to join our team at Teach Now. As an Inclusive Learning Mentor, you will play a key role in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for children with special educational needs (SEN).

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support Learning: Assist teachers in implementing strategies to enhance pupil achievement, particularly for those with SEND.
  • Encourage Participation: Foster an inclusive atmosphere by encouraging all pupils to participate in learning and extracurricular activities.
  • Organise Resources: Manage teaching spaces and materials to create a conducive learning environment.
  • Monitor Progress: Observe pupils and provide feedback to teachers to support their progress and planning.

**Requirements**

  • GCSE or equivalent level, with at least a Grade 4 (C) in English and Maths (Essential).
  • First-aid training or willingness to complete it.
  • Experience working in a school or educational setting.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with pupils and adults.
  • Knowledge of how to adapt and deliver support to meet individual needs.
  • Enjoyment of working with children, with sensitivity and understanding.

**Salary:** £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
