Job Title: Autism and Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at an outstanding PRU in Barking and Dagenham. As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with challenging behaviour and SEMH needs.
About the Role:
- Support students with SEMH needs in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement individualised plans.
- Foster positive relationships with students, promoting social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Demonstrate expertise in de-escalation techniques and crisis management.
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive daily rate of £120 - £150 per day, depending on experience.

- Knowledge of de-escalation techniques and crisis management strategies.
