Surgical Team Lead

As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner in our Emergency Surgical department, you will play a vital role in leading and developing our team of skilled professionals. With a strong background in specialty-specific skills and knowledge, you will be responsible for jointly leading the development of our acute Same Day Emergency Care Service.
We are seeking an experienced individual who can demonstrate clinical utilization and synthesis of advanced skills across the 4 pillars of practice. This will enable safe, independent, clinical decision-making essential for the continuation of our practitioner-led service. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our team to develop and implement policies for service development within the surgical CMT.
The successful candidate will possess a Master's degree (or equivalent) in Advanced Clinical Practice and hold non-medical prescribing qualifications. Additionally, they will have experience as an autonomous practitioner in an acute setting in a hospital environment. A critical portfolio of practice demonstrating enthusiasm for learning and ongoing professional development is also required.

**Salary:** £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
