As a Reporting and Analytics Lead at Genus PLC, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of FP&A. You will lead a team of 3 and partner with business unit finance teams to deliver scalable planning and reporting solutions. With direct access to the Group Financial Planning Director, the Group CFO, and Business Unit Finance Directors, you will be well-positioned to drive strategic initiatives and champion automation.

In this role, you will develop and maintain centralised analytics capabilities, including Power BI dashboards and TM1-based reporting solutions. You will also standardise reporting templates and methodologies to improve consistency and usability across business units. Additionally, you will collaborate with IT and business unit FP&A teams to ensure data quality, accessibility, and governance across financial and operational datasets.

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including 25 days holidays + Bank Holidays, NFU Pension (7.5% employer contribution), and Private medical cover.
