Job Title:

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Technical Maintenance Lead to join our team at Omega Leeds.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Lead and coordinate a team of maintenance engineers to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring optimal equipment performance and reducing downtime.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify and address maintenance-related issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with production teams to minimize disruption and maintain productivity during maintenance activities.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPI's) related to maintenance, providing insights for process improvements.
Essential Requirements:
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant engineering discipline, preferably with a focus on maintenance engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
