Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

Job Description Summary:
We are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work with our commercial team in Lancashire. The ideal candidate will have civil engineering project experience and demonstrable working knowledge in a senior quantity surveyor capacity.
The role involves maintaining commercial controls, preparing monthly cost reports, administering the NEC form of contract, and close liaison with the project team. You will also attend meetings with supply chain and internal teams.
