About the Job

We're looking for experienced caregivers who can provide person-centered care to vulnerable adults in their own homes. As a Homecare Support Worker, you'll work closely with clients to develop tailored care plans that meet their unique needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients with diverse health requirements
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as medication management, meal preparation, and mobility
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care provided
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 6 months of experience working in the UK healthcare sector within the past 3 years
  • A valid DBS check or willing to undergo one
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A caring and compassionate approach to client care
