Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with daily routines, including personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, and assisting with medication.
  • Providing emotional support and encouragement to help individuals achieve their goals and thrive.
  • Supporting individuals with finances, encouraging social connections, and offering personal care.

Requirements:

  • A caring and patient nature with a genuine passion for supporting others.
  • A positive, empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Ability to use Positive Behaviour Support Strategies to enhance the lives of those you support.
