Healthcare Rehabilitation Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Healthcare Rehabilitation Support Worker. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting patient rehabilitation and maintenance within our acute hospital service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical and administrative support to our team of qualified therapists, working closely with Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists to deliver high-quality care to patients.
Main Responsibilities- Delivering interventions under the supervision of qualified therapists to increase independence in functional activities and mobility.
- Providing administrative support to the therapy team, including data inputting and maintenance of patient records.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements- Relevant experience of working within a healthcare environment, delivering therapy programs.
- Understanding of occupational therapy and physiotherapy principles.
- Ability to meet travel requirements of the post.
- Ability to speak Welsh.
