About the RoleWe're looking for experienced caregivers who can provide individualized care to clients in their own homes. As a Healthcare Support Assistant, you'll work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver person-centered care and support to clients with various health conditions
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care provided
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- 6 months of experience working in the UK healthcare sector within the past 3 years
- A valid DBS check or willing to undergo one
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring and compassionate approach to client care
