Youth Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Assistant Youth Worker. This exciting role will involve working closely with our HEROES+ project, delivering innovative programs for young people aged 14-24 with a learning disability or additional need.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and experience in supporting vulnerable individuals, while contributing to building a cohesive society.
About Mencap NI Youth
Mencap works in partnership with people with a learning disability, providing high-quality services that allow them to live independently. Our mission is to empower individuals to reach their full potential.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing support and guidance to young people with learning disabilities.
- Developing and implementing programs that promote social inclusion and community engagement.
