Pay: £12.86 per hour

Hours: Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary/Personal Assistant to join our team at Randstad Care Careers. As a key member of our healthcare operations team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative support, including drafting and typing letters, audio typing, and data entry.
  • Manage office systems, including diary management and filing systems.
  • Minute taking and note taking at Committee and senior level meetings.
  • Use Microsoft packages, including WORD, EXCEL, and OUTLOOK, to create spreadsheets, email management, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, including creating databases and managing email.

Requirements:

  • 5 GCSE's Grades A-C to include English Language and Maths (or equivalent qualification) plus 2 year's administrative/clerical experience.
  • 2 year's word processing experience, creating spreadsheets, email management, creating databases, PowerPoint presentations.
  • Minute taking/Note taking
  • Experience in using Microsoft packages to include WORD, EXCEL, and OUTLOOK.
  • Ability to minute/note take at Committee level and senior level meetings etc.
  • Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise own workload.
  • The ability to work in a challenging and changing environment.
