Job Description
We are excited to bring this exclusive mandate to the market for a global blue chip food business. Our client has partnered with us to support their search for a Head of UK Operational Excellence.
This role reports to the UK board level SLT and your remit covers the entire UK Operations. You will work in a hybrid role, ideally spending 3 days at Head Office in Buckinghamshire with travel across other sites at your discretion.
In this role, you will lead, identify, and deliver significant business, process, and continuous improvement projects across our client's UK manufacturing sites.
You will have access to considerable budget and internal teams/assets to deliver innovative business improvement and process projects.
You will have full ownership of the long-term strategic plan in line with the business's goals.
We are looking for individuals with a proven track record in large-scale food production and supply chain management. You should have extensive knowledge of food manufacturing processes, including NPD, engineering, supply chain, and food safety/quality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Multi-million pound project management and delivery
- Budgetary management
- Leadership and team management
