Product Specifications Specialist

Product Specifications Specialist
Join Premier Foods, a leading British food company, and take on a challenging role as a Product Specifications Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for writing and maintaining finished product specifications for products supplied and produced by Premier Foods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collate, validate, and accurately input data into Retailer and Premier Foods specification databases.
- Generate pack copy data and review artwork to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.
- Liaise with Suppliers, Technical, Procurement, Regulatory, R&D, Technical Account Managers, Marketing, and Project Managers to ensure products are compliant and data is accurate.
- Answer enquiries relating to products, including allergen, ingredient, and nutritional information.
- Work with manufacturing sites to ensure product and process knowledge is maintained and documentation is provided in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Food or Science Based Degree/HND.
- IT Competent with strong communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple fast-paced tasks/projects while delivering results against tight deadlines.
- Ability to transfer data accurately with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work without supervision and on own initiative, self-motivated/driven.
- Organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to align with the company Leadership Values.
