Operations Director

1Life Management Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Centre Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest possible standards of health and safety and customer care within the Centre.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and promote an exciting, innovative leisure programme to increase the usage and profitability of the Centre.
- Assume shift management responsibility for the Centre to maximise the total performance of the Centre and maintain the highest standards of customer care.
- Build strong relationships with customers, clients, and employees to ensure a positive and inclusive Centre environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively at different levels of the organisation.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to meet customer requirements.
- Ability to work additional hours when required and demonstrate a commitment to good employee relations.
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification desirable but not essential (training can be provided).
- Pool Plant Operators qualification and recognised Leisure Management qualification ideal.
