The Operations Manager position is a key role within our organisation, providing a rewarding experience and opportunities for career growth in a fast-paced leisure management environment.
Primary objectives for the Operations Manager will be:
- To ensure exceptional health and safety standards and customer care within the Centre.
- To develop and promote an innovative leisure programme to increase Centre usage and profitability.
- To assume shift management responsibility to maximise Centre performance and maintain high standards of customer care.
- Will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, clients, and employees.
- Will be able to lead and motivate teams to achieve Centre goals.
- Will have a strong understanding of health and safety protocols and customer care principles.
- Will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Will be committed to delivering high-quality training and development opportunities for employees.
